We want to make design accessible for every budget. To that end, we have structured pricing for everyone. If you are a DIY’er looking for advice, or someone who panics at the thought of a blank canvas, we have a package for you. Contact us below and tell us about your project.

Do it yourself.

Begin with what we call an up to two hour walk and talk. We move together through your home and detail a plan for each room. This plan is then provided for you to follow on your own with recommendations of things to purchase to create perfect spaces. This package may be applied to a bigger package if the task feels too daunting at the end, and you’d like more support.

Do it with me.

We take our well thought out design strategy that we created during our walk and talk, and begin to implement it together. We spend up to four additional hours in the main areas of your home, working together to begin the staging process. We will bring in essential staging accessories to give you a “visual shopping list” of what to purchase to modernize your home and getting viewers to fall in love.

Do it for me.

This service takes all the stress out of staging and is perfect to make a great first impression for a home about to be listed. We will completely stage all the main areas of your home. We bring in essential staging accessories, and furniture if necessary, to create emotional connection points. This service generally takes two days of prep and two days of installation, and is the perfect thing to do right before the photos get taken.
